Refund Policy

On any occasion, any funds deposited will not be liable for a refund if the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved or a change is asked for unless Convexds cancels or ends your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-execution.

All requests for refund will be as per the following arrangement:

You make a solicitation when the underlying ideas for a logo, web design or any other services provided. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund offer will be void, and a refund request will not be entertained.

Once the project has entered the revision phase, the refund offer will be void, and a request for a refund will not be entertained.

If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, you will qualify for a full refund (less a 10% administration and preparation charge).

If the refund request is made within 48 hours, you will only be eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% administration and preparing expenses).

If the refund request is made within 48-96 hours after the initial design delivery, you will only be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

No refund request will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, so you are requested to reach out to us so we can address your concerns.

No request for refund will be entertained after 7 working days of inaction by the customer. If you wish to restart the order, you will be charged a certain fee, contingent upon your venture.

No request for refund will be entertained if the customer goes unresponsive at any point of time for 5 working days.

All refund requests should be made to the support department. Convexds.com reserves the right to approve/reject any and all refund requests based on an individual case-by-case basis.

For Website bundles, no refund will be entertained once the initial design mockup has been revised or the inner pages have been created with the client’s approval.

All requests for refunds must be communicated to the support department. Convexds .com, in light of the infringement of your user agreement, reserves all authority to affirm/object to your solicitation on an individual case-to-case basis.

For Convexds /Custom bundles, a refund will apply just the same as on the single packages.

For instance, in the event that you request for a logo and web design and approve of the logo, you are eligible for the refund of the website service at the time of initial design only.

A refund request should have a legitimate reason, which must be qualified against the outline brief and client input for revisions. Unless an idea has not been composed as per the brief, a refund will not be approved. A discount won’t be given, but further revisions will be provided until you are satisfied.

It is also to be noted that, under any circumstances, both parties (Convexds & Client) agree not to attack/criticize each other and any of its employee, associate/s or partner/s publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc.) at any given time during or after the contract period. Similarly, both parties agree not to talk on forums, blogs, community groups, or any social media in a way that brings a bad name to either party or any of its employees, associates, or partners. In case of breach, the breaching party would have to pay a reasonable compensation decided by the non-breaching party as damages.

The Money-Back Guarantee depends on the request being set in accordance with some basic honesty. Where a client has placed orders with more than one agency for the same job with the intention of claiming a refund, Convexds does not consider this to be in good faith. In such instances, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.

All jobs require client input before finishing it, which is why it is requested that the customer be active throughout the process and give feedback to get the required results.

A 100% unique design guarantee qualifies you for a new logo if the logo designed by Convexds is found to be considerably similar to another design that already exists. Any likeness to a current outline will be just a fortuitous event, and Convexds won’t acknowledge any responsibility or claim any compensation for such a case. It is the client’s responsibility to get their artwork copyrighted.

To ensure that your refund request is processed effectively and approved, please ensure you meet the following requirements.

We will try to resolve your query and concern immediately in light of our revision policy, or else we will email you a refund request for approval from our refund department.

After the refund, the rights to your design will be transferred to Convexds, and you will not legally be allowed to display any version of the design sent by the company.

1. Since the design rights would now be transferred to Convexds, you concur that you will have no right (immediate or circuitous) to use any reaction or other substance, work item or media, nor will you have any ownership interest for or to the same.

2. Working in a joint effort with the Government Copyright Agencies, Convexds would share Copyright Acquisition data for the refunded outlines, which would confine the re-utilization of the designs as original designs in the future.

The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account section for all questions, queries, concerns, and any other instructions for the designer. Failure to actively check the My Account section may hinder your perusal of a refund. If you are unsure how to use the My Account area, don’t hesitate to contact customer support anytime for prompt assistance.

To ensure complete satisfaction, our designers are instructed not to deviate from the specifications provided by the client in the order form.

The designs are crafted after adequate and thorough research to ensure quality and uniqueness.

We revamp the requested design and continue overhauling it until you are 100% fulfilled (depending upon your package).

All design order files are delivered to My Account on the date specified on the “Order Confirmation.” An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about the delivery made to their specific account area. All policies pertaining to revision and refund are subject to the date and time of the design order delivery to the client’s account area.

Correspondence Policy

YOU concur that Convexds is not at risk for any correspondence from email address (es) other than the ones taken after by our particular area, i.e., “info@convexds .com” or/and any number that is not specified on our site. Convexds ought not to be considered in charge of any damage(s) brought about by such correspondence. We assume liability for any correspondence through email address (es) under our space name and/or using a number, as of now mentioned on the Convexds Website.

Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients can approach us for unlimited free amendments, and we will revise their design with no extra charges, given that the design and concept remain intact. Revision turnaround time will be 48 hours. Package revisions are as follows:

• • PRO: Unlimited Storyboard Revisions

• • PREMIUM: Unlimited Storyboard Revisions

Unlimited revisions require that the initial design and concept be the same. A customer cannot ask for a redesign once an initial concept has been selected.

If the client is unresponsive for a month, the project will be considered closed. A reactivation fee will be charged for the said project.

For the usual websites and resume designs, the client will provide all content (images, headings, copy, text, etc.). In the case of resume design, a client must provide complete personal information with a biography, and we do not provide any content services. For an e-commerce website, up to 10 to 30 sample products will be provided by the Convexds team, and sample product information will also be provided by the client, including product name, product price, product images, and shipping policy. Convexds will handle CMS and e-commerce management. We use dummy text (Lorem Ipsum) in the graphics to preview layouts and visual mockups.

Convexds makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Convexds does not warrant that:

Convexds refund policy is not applicable when:

• • You choose a special service package.

• • You have approved the initial design concept

• • You have requested revisions

• • You have canceled the order due to non-related reasons regarding the Convexds and its policies

• • You have not contacted Convexds for more than 2 weeks since the project was initiated

• • You have violated Convexds terms & conditions and privacy policy

• • You have approached another service provider or designer for the same project assigned to Convexds

• • You have provided an incomplete design brief

• • You have demanded a change in the design concept

• • You have exceeded the maximum time allowed to ‘request for refund’ and make claims

• • You are closing your business or have changed the name of your business

• • You have other reasons such as change of mind, dispute with your partners, or other similar reasons

• • You have approved the deliverables

• • You have accepted multiple revisions for any service

• • If You have ordered a bundle service and are dissatisfied with any specific service, a refund can only be claimed against that particular service and ‘not’ the complete set of bundle services

• • You have failed to provide the initial design brief within 10 days of order placement

Note: Note: Convexds reserves complete rights to reject/cancel any project/order or cancel the contract with the customer whenever it seems necessary and decided after critical managerial discretion. After successfully claiming the refund, you will have no rights to use the incomplete/complete design concepts for any reason or purpose; these completed/incomplete design concepts will remain the sole property of Convexds, and the company owns full rights to these design concepts. By complying with this refund policy, you will have no rights to use any of the design concepts provided by Convexds, and the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legality. How to claim your refund? Follow the below-mentioned ways to raise your ‘request for refund’:

• • By sending us an Email, mention “Request for Refund” and ‘Order ID’ in the subject line.

As soon as we receive your request for a refund, we will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with the best possible resolution and start the refund process.

The Money-Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of order placement, provided that all other terms are applied. It is valid only if you have not requested revisions for any design sample/concept within your order. Once you request a revision/change in the provided design sample/concepts, you agree to proceed further with our services and cannot claim any refunds.
